Question: I have forgotten the administrator ID. What
can I do?
Answer:
You have to reset the device to the factory default settings. Press the
Reset/WPS button

on the device for at least 10 seconds. You can
then use the standard user name
admin
and the ID
1234
to login
again.
NOTE
►
All settings are lost when the device is reset and the device
returns to its default factory settings!
Question: How do I find out what the IP address and
subnet mask of my computer is?
Answer:
Open
Control Panel -> Network connections
, open the context menu
by right-clicking the
Status
menu item and select the corresponding
network connection.
Click the Support tab. The IP address and subnet mask of your com-
puter are displayed.
Question: Connection to the device is established.
Why is the camera image not visible?
Answer:
If you are using Internet Explorer, the ActiveX components for
displaying the image must be installed. Reinstall the "IPCam Admin
Utility" programme if the ActiveX components are missing. Select
ActiveX mode during login with the Internet Explorer.
If you are using another browser, it is possible that ActiveX compo-
nents cannot be used for security reasons. Select the the server push
mode for the browser during login.
