Troubleshooting chart
Before sending the device to after-sales service, use the following
table to check whether you can remedy the problem yourself.
Fault
Possible cause
Remedy
The device is
not recognised

Mains adapter not
connected correctly
Make sure the mains
adapter is plugged into the
mains socket and correctly
connected to the device.
No voltage from the
mains socket
Check the fuses.
Device is defective
Contact customer service.
LAN cable not con-
nected correctly
Check that the RJ-45
network cable is correctly
connected.
No connection to
the hub/router

Wrong IP address
Make sure that the IP
address matches the
address space of your
network .

Make sure that the subnet
mask matches the address
space of your network .
Wrong WLAN set-

Establish a connection to
your device via LAN first of

nection afterwards.
