Maintenance and Care
Hako system maintenance S (safety
check)
The following maintenance work must
be completed by an authorized Hako
service center at least once a year.
Activity

Every 1000 operating hours
All maintenance work in accordance with Hako system maintenance II and III

Change air filter safety cartridges
o
Change dynamo fan belt
o
Change coolant with antifreeze
o
Change air filter in hydraulic oil tank
o
Change hydraulic pump drive fan belt
o
Change Bowden cables and brake linings in brake system
o
Change Bowden cables in hydraulic pump
o
Change suction turbine and fan belt
o
Test drive and test all safety-relevant components
o
