6.2.2 Mount the work piece specific segmented clamping bushing

WARNING!
Danger of injury due to improper 

assembly of the changing parts!

Improper assembly can result in dangerous situ-

ations due to components being accelerated out 

of the machine.

Prior to switching on automatic mode close all 

protective doors or hoods that are present on 

the machine tool.

Remove all loose screws and tools from the in-

terior of the machine.

Only run the machine tool in set-up mode or 

jog mode.

Never switch on the machine tool without a 

work piece being clamped in the machine, or 

never allow a tool spindle to rotate without a 

work piece being clamped in the machine.

Special tools required:

Jaw wrench AF10

1. Slide the segmented clamping bushing on the draw 

bolt.

2. Screw the draw bolt together with the segmented 

clamping bushing into the adapter in the MANDO 

Adapt T611.

3. Tighten the draw bolt hand with the correct tightening 

torque [see »Maintenance«] by using a jaw wrench.
