6.1.2 Preparing the adaption clamping device MANDO Adapt T611

1. Unscrew the draw bolt by hand.
2. Clean the MANDO Adapt T611 of fouling with a soft, 

lint-free cloth.

3. Check whether the locking pin protrudes on the rear.

If the locking pin protrudes, unscrew the locking 

screw until the locking pin no longer protrudes.

6.2 Assembling of the clamping device

WARNING!
Danger of injury due to unintentional 

start-up of the tool spindle!

Unexpected start-up of the tool spindle can cause 

severe injury.

Prior to switching on automatic mode close all 

protective doors or hoods that are present on 

the machine tool.

Unscrew all eye bolts from the clamping device 

and remove them from the interior of the ma-

chine.

Only run the machine in set-up mode or jog 

mode.
