9-2. Examination & Troubleshooting

9-2-1. Display nothing

Troubleshooting:

Measure the power supply ,is it exists
120V AC voltage?

Repair power supply

Connect the wire properly

Cut off the power. Check if the power
line and the wire unit connecting is ok.

Replace the broken part

Check if the powerline

the wire unit

and the PCB is good

Connect the wire properly

Check if the wire connecting of the wire
unit and PCB is disconnection

9-2-2. The computer is power on and display right,but the dryer no action

Troubleshooting:

Check if the wire connecting of the motor
is ok.

Connect the wire properly

Cut off the power .Check if the belt is
break off or the connecting of the
motor

belt switch is loose

Replace the belt or connect the wire
properly

Check if the tensive arm unit is installed
well

Reinstall the tensive wheel unit and try
rotating the tub manually

Check if the belt switch is good.

Well: the resistance is 0

Broken: he resistance is infinite

Replace the belt switch

Check if the wire and the PCN is
well

Check if the back-up thermostat is well.

Well: the resistance is 0

Broken: he resistance is infinite

Replace the back-up thermostat,
insure that the exhaust system is good
