The fridge has a bad odor.

• The inside walls, shelves,
and door bins need
cleaning.
• The foods within the fridge
have been stored beyond
their useful life.
• Clean all inside surfaces with
warm water and a clean soft
damp cloth, then wipe dry.
• Wrap and cover foods to
extend useful food life.
The door or drawer is hard to open and/or close.
The door
has a prob-
lem closing
• The door may have food
articles or packages that
are obstructive.
• The refrigerator is not
level, causing the door to
shift out of position.
• The door could be hitting
against adjacent cabinets
or appliances.
• The door hinge alignment
may require adjustment.
• Re-position the shelves, door
bins, or internal containers to
allow for door to close.
• Ensure that the floor is level
using sturdy materials that are
also non-flammable.
• Provide a good 1” clearance
on all 3 sides and top of
cabinet so doors can open and
close freely.
• Adjust hinges and add spacer
clips supplied.
The drawers
are hard to
move in or
out, or won’t
close
• The foods are interfering
with the slide mechanism.
• The drawer slides are dirty
from food particles.
• Position the foods away from
the drawer sides and spread
out the foods evenly in the
drawers.
• Clean the drawer and wipe
down the slides periodically so
the slide ball bearings move
freely.
