Time delay is too short or too long.
Solution:
Change the spring time interval.
Open the dispenser

press handle time in-
terval and remove upwards (Fig. 2).
Remove the spring and replace it with the
new spring time interval (Fig. 3).
Replace the handle and engage in the 1st po-
sition (at the very bottom) (Fig. 4).
