Assembly Instructions CB 280

A75

Tighten the test connection T3 (¼"), torque 30 Nm (22
lbf·ft) and all the drain connection plugs (1 ¼"), torque
180 Nm (133 lbf·ft).

Seal the roll pins bores with the rubber plugs.

A74

Install the two plugs. Torque 50 Nm (37 lbf·ft).

A73

Lubricate with grease and fi t new
O-rings into the fl anges for the
main connections and install them.
Allen key 1/2". Torque 125 nm (92 lbf·ft).
