A user profile with corresponding access rights (see
Table 7
) for all tenants can be set up for
operating the building control via the coviva app.
In the main menu press and call up the settings with .
Select
All users

The
Users
view is called up.
Add a user with the
button in the top right corner.
Assign the level of rights to the user with
Classic
(User) via the checkbox. Confirm with
Save
or discard via .
Then, the following information can be entered successively:

First name and last name

E-mail address and telephone number

Each entry must be confirmed with

The new profile is displayed in the overview of all users.
