If a software update is available for the smartbox, this is displayed via a message.
We recommend carrying out the update immediately in order to get new functional improve-
ments and to prevent incompatibilities.
Start the update with

The RGB display (1) of the smartbox flashes during the update. It goes out after successful
completion of the update.
The operation may take a few minutes. If the connection is disconnected during the update,
restore the connection with

.
If the update is to be carried out at a later time,
first decline the update via

Each time the app is subsequently opened, the update will be offered again.
