Performance limits
Brushless DC motors can be heavily overloaded for a short time. The power demand is only
limited by the self-heating of the motor and its temperature limits. (see3.8)
INFORMATION
The cooling of the motor has an enormous influence on its performance. Make sure there is
a sufficient supply of air and, if possible, mount the motor on a material with high thermal
conductivity in order to dissipate the generated heat more quickly.
