Insert the rope as follows:
Swivel both actuation levers toward the rope intake side.
Press the clamping jaw opening lever (A) to the middle of the pulley
device, Image 7 (1) and lock it in the upper position.
Hold the level tightly to prevent it from unintentionally snapping
back.
Straighten the end of the rope (2) with the end approx. 200 long.
Insert the end of the rope into the rope guide and push the rope in
until it protrudes from the other side. Guide the rope through above
the anchor bolt (as shown on the type plate).
Pull the end of the rope (3) through the device until the rope is in
the desired position.
Take the clamping jaw opening lever (A) out of the locked position,
Image 7 (4). Hold the level tightly to prevent it from unintentionally
snapping back.
Place the lever pipe on the forward gear lever (B) on the pulley de-
vice and secure it by turning it in any direction, Image 8, right.
Move the rope forward by moving the lever back and forth with
long, even movements.
To lower it, place the lever pipe on the reverse gear lever (C) on the
pulley device and secure it by turning it in any direction, Image 8.
Move the rope backward by moving the lever back and forth with
long, even
movements.
Risk when moving in reverse! Before th end of the rope reaches the device (minimum 0.5 remaining length):
Stop the rope from pulling out. Risk of falling!
If the pull rope is not bearing a lad, it can be removed from the pulley as follows:
Swivel the forward/reverse gear level toward the rope intake side. Press the clamping jaw opening lever (A) from the operating
position to the middle of the pulley device and lock it into place, Image 7. Hold the level tightly to prevent it from unintentio-
nally snapping back.
Pull the wire rope out of the device.
Put the clamping jaw opening lever (A) back into the operating position, Image 7. Hold the level tightly to prevent it from unin-
tentionally snapping back.
