Captured images cannot
be transferred to
EyeSuite software
automatically via USB
1.
Is the Fundus Module software installed and working?
2.
Restart the EyeSuite software
3.
If the images cannot be transferred after step 1, ensure that USB cable is
firmly connected to the base plate and to the Release Module RM02 and
that Release Module RM02 is connected to the PC.
a.
If no, connect the cable firmly.
b.
If yes, change the USB cable to another USB port and restart
the PC. Wait that drivers are installed correctly.
4.
If images cannot still be transferred to EyeSuite software, please contact the
customer service for RMA.
