Hardware Used: C (Upper Bracket), E (4 - Set Screws) and I (4mm Allen Wrench).
Place the upper bracket (C) onto the chrome tubes(B).
Insert 4 set screws (E), and tighten with the 4mm allen wrench (I) until secure.
Make sure the bracket (C) is at least 3” below the top of the chrome tubes (B).

Hardware Used: D (WFST Main Plate), F (4 - Button Head Screws), G (4 - Washers)
and J (4mm Allen Wrench).
Follow the instructions provided in the WTFS box to complete the assembly.
Order of Hardware Assembly: Button head screw (F),
washer (G), WFST plate (D) and upper bracket (C).
Using the order of assembly above, attach the WFST plate (D) to
the upper bracket (C).
Using the 4mm allen wrench (J), tighten the button head screws (F)
until the lock washer (H) compresses.
