1. POWER IN - Plug in power adaptor. Please use the adaptor attached
in the package.
Note: DC 12 - 16V, 2.5A adaptor can be applied.
2. POWER SWITCH - is off, and is on.
3. MIDI OUT / MIDI IN - This piano contains MIDI in and MIDI output
ports. MIDI jacks allow communication with other products
equipped with MIDI interfaces. Please see the MIDI section of this
manual for further details.
4. USB - The USB connector allows you to connect the piano directly to
your computer. The piano will be recognized as an USB Audio
device that receives and transmits MIDI messages. Please see the
MIDI section of this manual for further details.
5. SUSTAIN / SOFT PEDAL - Plug in the pedal switch into the SUS-
TAIN jack. When the pedal is pressed, the piano keys will con-
tinue to sustain as they are played. Thereby the piano note will
decay gradually) as if you were continuing to hold down the piano
keys. Plug in the pedal switch into the SOFT jack. When the pedal
is pressed, the piano volume is reduced and the timbre slightly
altered on the notes that are played.
6. PHONE 1 / PHONE 2 - You can play in total silence, without disturb-
ing others in the room, by plugging a set of headphones into one
of the appropriate sockets. When headphones are plugged into
Phone 1 the speaker sound delivery system is still heard.
When headphones are plugged into Phone 2 the speaker sound
delivery system is turned off.
7. STEREO LINE OUT - This stereo audio output jack supplies the
piano ’ s output signal to external amplification.
8. VOLUME PEDAL - If desired, plug the master volume pedal into this
connector. It ’ ll function as the MASTER VOLUME slider on the
control panel.
These connector jacks are located on the left side of the piano.
