Operation of the Appliance
How to Bake
Operation:
- Set the Temperature Control Knob to desired temperature.
- Turn the function control to upper and/or lower heater
- Place food to on the wire rack.
- Turn the Time Control Knob to your desired cooking time.
- To check or remove food, use the tray handle provided to help you slide the wire rack in and
out.
- When baking is completed, turn function control to "OFF".
How to Grill
Operation:
- Set temperature control to appropriate temperature.
- Place the wire rack on the lowest level or middle of the oven.
- Place food on the wire rack and slide into the rack.
- Food should be placed as close as possible to the lower heating element.
- Brush food with sauces or oil, as desired.
- Turn time control to your desired cooking time.
- Turn the function control to "Lower Heater"
- It is advisable to leave the door slightly ajar.
- Turn food over midway through the prescribed cooking time.
- When baking is complete, turn the function control to “OFF”.
Using Your Hotplate
Hotplate could be used to cook various casserole dishes.
Cooking Utensils
1. Cooking gears that can be placed on top of the heater to heat food includes all utensils
made of ferrite element such as enamel, cast or stainless steel with a smooth base which
diameter in 85--180mm, have a flat bottom and are covered with lid.
2. Utensils that should not be used to heat food include that is made of aluminum or copper;
and containers with a base diameter no more than hotplate set value.
Operation Instructions

Plug in the power socket

Turn Function to
(Large hotplate in function),
(small hotplate in function) or
(Large hotplate and small hotplate in function),
(mini hotplate in function).

Select the desired cooking time.

When completed, turn Timer Knob to 0.
Note:
the weight of the food which is put on the Food Tray/Wire Rack can not be over
3.5 kg (just for reference). The food can not concentrate on one side of the Food
Tray/Grill Rack. You had better make every effort to put the food on the Food Tray/Wire
Rack evenly.
