Before Using your Oven
- Read all instructions in this manual.
- Make sure the oven is unplugged and the Heating Control Knob is in the “OFF” position.
- Wash all accessories in hot, soapy water.
- Thoroughly dry all accessories and re-assemble them in the oven. Plug the oven into outlet.
- After re-assembling your oven, we recommend that you run it at the highest temperature
(230
o
C) for approximately 15 minutes (without putting food inside oven) to eliminate any
packing residue that may remain after shipping. Odor and smoke will occur during this
process.
Function of the Knobs
- Temperature Control : choose the desired temperature from 90
o
C to 230
o
C for cooking.
- Main Function Control: This oven is equipped with 3 positions for a variety of cooking
needs:
: Large hotplate in function
: Small hotplate in function
: Large & Small hotplate in function
- Main Function Control: This oven is equipped with 4 positions for a variety of cooking
needs:
: Both heaters stop working
: Upper heater works
: Lower heater works
: Both heaters work
: Mini hotplate in function
- Timer: Turn the knob to right (clockwise) to start a timer. A bell rings at the end of set time.
- Indicator light: It lights when any heating elements are on.
- Bake Tray: for use in broiling and roasting meat, poultry, fish and other foods.
- Tray Handle: Allows you to pick up hot wire rack and bake tray.
- Wire rack: For toasting, baking and roasting.
