The cover must be placed on the other side of the pusher pad.
The gas-shielding cover must not be fitted to the earthing pad when welding without a gas shield.
• Position the pad (equipped with its cover) to the end of the earthing
rods and then screw in the two clamping screws. We recommend posi
-
tioning the pad with the clamping screws facing the bottom of the gun
to keep the positioning markings clearly visible.
Note: Using the gas protection and earthing pad is not necessary when
welding a pulling ring.

authorised person. The voltage between
phase and neutral must be between 200 -
265 VAC for a 230 VAC network.

Keypad fault
A key on the keypad has
been pressed when the
product is switched on.
Have the keypad checked by a qualified
person.
DEFAUT COM.
Gun communication
fault
The communication
between the gun and the
machine is not functio-
ning.
Reconnect the gun and turn the welding
machine off and on again. If the fault
persists, have the product checked by a
qualified technician.
DEFAUT THERMIQUE
The gun’s thermal
protection.
Exceeding the duty cycle.
Wait until the message has disappeared
before resuming welding.
DEFAUT MOTEUR
Gun motor fault.
The gun’s mechanism is
blocked.
Reconnect the gun and turn the welding
machine off and on again. If the fault per

Note: any intervention that requires opening up the product and checking the electrical system must be carried out by
a qualified technician.
