SETUP - OPERATING THE DEVICE
EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION (FIG-1)
A new-generation, 2-in-1 dent puller. The GYSPOT COMBI ARCPULL
is used to remove dents from steel
and aluminium bodywork. Cost-effective and time-saving thanks to its repair technique of pulling out dents without
dismantling the workpice.
This device comprises of two dent pullers with two control panels:
A steel dent puller
An aluminium dent puller
With a power source, a hand gun and an earthing cable:
- The trigger gun connects to connector n°6 and its control
cable to connector n°5.
- The triggerless gun
(optional extra)
connects to connector
n°7.
- The earth cable is fixed in position n°4
FOR arc welding with its linear motor gun equipped with
built-in quick earth technology (two flexible studs).
- The gun connects to connector n°8 and n°9.
- The gun control cable connects to connector n°10.
- The gas-supply hose connects to n°13.

POWER SUPPLY AND STARTING-UP
• This equipment is supplied with a 16 A, CEE7/7 plug and must be connected to a single-phase, 230 V (50 - 60 Hz),
three-wire electrical system with the neutral connected to earth. Check that the power supply and its safeguards (fuse
and/or circuit breaker) are compatible with the current required for use. This device is designed to operate on an elec

trical system equipped with a 16 A / C, D or K curve circuit breaker.
The effective absorbed current (I1eff) for aluminium and the permanently absorbed current (I1p or ILp) for steel is
indicated on the device for the maximum conditions of use.
