recommend that you start at Level 1 for the first
10 minutes and then gradually increase the inten-
sity as you become more familiar with the device.
When you have finished the session, press the
ON/OFF button (3) to switch off the unit (1).
We recommend using the product for 10 minutes
a day in a single area.
Automatic Power Off
For your safety, the automatic period for each
programme is 10 minutes. Gymform® TOTAL
FITNESS will automatically switch itself off 10 mi-
nutes after being switched on, regardless of the
level or programme selected.
If you want to stop the session before that time,
press the ON/OFF button (3) to turn off the unit (1).
Automatic Reset
When you finish the programme, the device will
switch itself off automatically. When you switch
it on again, you will have to programme it again.
WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU REPLACE THE ELEC-
TRODES AFTER EVERY 30 USES. IF YOU NOTICE
THE ELECTRODES HAVE PREMATURELY LOST
THEIR ADHESIVE POWER, WET THEM SLIGHTLY
WITH A DAMP SPONGE.
NOTE: If you feel heat in the areas where you have
attached the electrodes or if the contractions be-
come weak during the session, it is likely that the
batteries need to be replaced. Remove them and
insert new ones. If this does not solve the pro-
blem, the electrodes have probably reached the
end of their useful life. Switch off the Gymform®
TOTAL FITNESS, take it off, fit new electrodes to
the belt and then resume your session. For your
convenience, Gymform® TOTAL FITNESS will au-
tomatically set the intensity level to 0 if you chan-
ge programmes.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
DO NOT WASH THE GYMFORM® TOTAL FITNESS
UNIT: WIPE WITH A DRY OR DAMP CLOTH.
Remove the batteries from the Gymform® TOTAL
FITNESS if you do not plan to use it for an exten-
ded period of time.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF ADHESIVE
ELECTRODES
-Do not immerse in water.
-Keep in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
-Do not remove the insulating label.
-After using the device, always replace the pro-
tective plastic backings on the adhesive electro-
des.
-Store in the bag supplied.
-Clean by wiping with wet fingers.
-Do not remove the insulating label.
PRECAUTIONS WITH THE BATTERIES
Ensure the batteries are properly installed
before switching on the unit.
Turn off the unit to change the batteries.
Remove the batteries if you are not going
to use the device for an extended period of time.
Take the necessary precautions when disposing
of the batteries. Do not expose them to fire.
