skin reactions caused by the use of
electro-stimulation devices, including
allergies, prolonged skin redness and
acne. If any of these symptoms occur,
switch off the device and consult your
doctor.
If you have never exercised before or
have not exercised for a long time:
Consult your general practitioner.
Precautions
• Do not use Gymform® TOTAL FIT-
NESS if you are drowsy or while slee-
ping.
• Do not use Gymform® TOTAL FIT-
NESS if your body is in contact with
water.
• Keep the device out of reach of chil-
dren.
• Do not use Gymform® TOTAL FIT-
NESS in combination with any other
device that transmits electrical cu-
rrent to your body or with any other
machine.
• Do not connect the metal snap fas-
teners or electrodes to any other ob-
ject.
• Do not modify the device.
• Use only the electrodes supplied by
Industex.
• Do not attach two electrodes to-
gether.
• If any of the electrodes are not atta-
ched properly, you will notice an it-
ching sensation.

Assembly
Open the battery compartment cover (batteries not
included) on the back of the unit (1) (see Picture 2).
Insert two CR2032 batteries. Use the screwdriver
to remove the battery compartment cover: insert
it into the screw head and turn until the screw
comes out. After inserting the batteries, replace
the cover and position the screw. Then use the
screwdriver to tighten it. Insert both batteries in
accordance with the polarity marks. The polarity is
indicated on the battery compartment for proper
placement.
Putting on the Belt
Attach the Gymform® TOTAL FITNESS (1) to the
console belt (2) with the two snap fasteners. Ensu-
re that they are firmly attached. If not, the belt will
not work properly.
Attach the two electrodes (9) to the inner part of
the belt. Use the snap fasteners to firmly attach
the electrodes.
Remove the protective plastic backing from the
belt electrodes. Do not throw the protective plastic
backing away because you will need it later.
See Picture 3 to decide on the area of your body
you want to work on. Choose the right elastic strap
for the body part you want to work on.

Attach each end of the elastic strap to the console
belt using the adjustable fasteners.
Note: The strap extension (12) is only necessary for
using the belt on large waists. Attach one end of
the strap extension (12) to the elastic strap (11)
and the other end to the console belt (2) using the
adjustable fasteners.
When you have finished using the belt, remove
the electrodes one at a time to ensure they do not
stick to the skin. Pull on them from the edge and
then replace the protective plastic backing on the
electrodes. This will help extend the useful life of
the electrodes (9).
Programme Selection
Press the ON/OFF button (3) to turn on the unit (1).
When Gymform® TOTAL FITNESS is first switched
on, it starts at Programme 1 with an intensity of 0.
Use the MODE button (6) to select other program-
mes. Press the MODE button (6) once to change to
Programme 2, once again for Programme 3, and so
on. After Programme 6, Programme 1 will be dis-
played again. It’s easy to know which programme
is selected by looking at the programme indicator
lights (7).

Adjusting the Intensity Level
To reduce the intensity level, briefly and repeatedly
press the - Button (5). To increase the intensity le-
vel, briefly and repeatedly press the + Button (4).
There are 10 intensity levels to choose from. It’s
easy to know which intensity level is selected by
looking at the intensity level indicator lights (8). If
