Problem
Possible cause/solution
There is no suction
Is the plug inserted in the mains socket correctly?
Is the mains socket defective? Try another main socket.
Check the fuse of your mains connection.
Is the device switched on? Press the On/Off button.
Low suction force
Is the exhaust air value in the handle open? Close it.
Adjust the suction strength on the suction strength control.
Is the dust container full? Empty it.
Is the HEPA filter or one of the other filters clogged up?
Clean the filters.
Is the nozzle, the telescopic tube or the suction hose
clogged? Pull the mains plug out of the socket and remove
the objects causing the blockage from the nozzle,
telescopic tube and/or suction hose.
Dust escapes from the device
during cleaning
Check whether the HEPA dust filter is inserted into the dust
container correctly and whether the dust container is closed
and inserted correctly.
Unusual odour
A new odour is normal when the device is used for the first
time and this does not indicate a defect with the device.
This will disappear after a little while.
WARNING.
Never use this vacuum cleaner when the suction power becomes very weak. When this happens,
switch off the vacuum cleaner, unplug it and check whether the dust container is full. Then check
if any part of the floor brush, tube or hose is jammed. Do not use the vacuum cleaner until the
blockage is removed and it operates normally again. If you cannot solve the problem, contact
our after sales support line for advice on examination or repair.
If the appliance stops unexpectedly, switch off the power supply, unplug the unit and contact our
after sales support line. Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the unit yourself.
