1. Make sure the speed control is set to “0” and the mixer is unplugged from the

power outlet.

2. Holding the beaters/dough hooks in one hand, press the ejector button with the

other hand to remove the hooks for cleaning.

2. Clean the beaters/dough hooks with warm, soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly, or

wash them in a dishwasher.

3. Wipe splatters off the mixer and power cord with a damp cloth or sponge, add a little

washing up liquid on your sponge for difficult spots. Always dry the mixer thoroughly

afterwards.
