Lesson 1: Power ON.

Steps:
1.

Find the FRONT of the Extreme Reader.

2.

Press the Power ON button.

3.

WAIT!

LESSON COMPLETE.

How: The Extreme Reader has a rectangular

shape. The smaller sides of the rectangle
are the FRONT and BACK. The BACK
has cables or cords coming from it. The
small end with no cables or cords coming
from it is the FRONT.

How: Facing the FRONT of the Extreme

Reader, locate the Power ON Button by
placing your left hand on the top of the
Extreme Reader’s FRONT edge. Slide
your hand to the left across the top until
you are about two inches from the left
side. Move your hand slightly down the
FRONT edge until your hand reaches the
Power ON button. It is on the FRONT
face near the corner your hand is
touching. Press fully and then release the
button.

How: It is important that you DO NOT press

any of the buttons on the keypad until the
Extreme Reader finishes its introduction
message and says, “Please begin now.”
