Warranty
The warranty period is 12 months for industrial use and 24 months
for consumers, starting by the day the product is bought. The
warranty only applies to defects with origin in the material defect or
manufacturing defect. A prove of purchase with the date of sale
demonstrating the date of sale must be submitted for any warranty
claim.
The warranty does not cover unauthorised use such as product
overloading, use of violence, damage by intervention by a third party,
foreign objects and failure to follow the Operating Instructions and
installation instructions and common wear and tear.
