Step-by-Step Instructions
•
Mark the required course of joint with a twisted cord.
•
Connect the cutter to the dust exhaust.
•
Wear/Use the safety aid needed – breathing mask,
goggles, hear protectors.
•
Plunge the diamond disc in the masonry at the highest
place of the cut and make a slow protracted cut.
•
Clean the unit thoroughly after the use.
Troubles – Causes – Troubleshooting
Will not cut:
1. Disc is blunt
Sharpen or replace the disc.
Will not run:
2. Defective cable
Replace or repair the cable
Great quantities of dust forming:
1. Dust exhaust bag full.
Replace the dust exhaust bag.
Inspection and Maintenance
Pull over all work on the equipment the power cord.

The machine will serve as a sufficient aid only if
maintained and care for appropriately. Insufficient
maintenance and care may result in accidents and
injuries.

Clean the unit thoroughly and check on the diamond
discs integrity.
