Loosen the blade retaining screws and carefully remove the clamp
plate. The blade may be removed and replaced with a new one. Mind
the direction of placing the blade.
Carefully put the clamp plate on the plane blade and tighten the
screws with hand.
Continue setting up –see Fig. X.
Tighten the screws and fix them in place.
When a blade is being replaced, both the blades have
to be replaced.

To set up the blade, the retaining screws have to be released so that
the blade can be moved.
Use an adjusting ruler (1) (if available) or a metal bar (2) to set the
edge overlap.
The maximum edge overlap over the output table is 0.1 mm.
Fix the adjustment with retaining screws.
Check the set-up several times. It is recommended to
check the set-up at 3 points along the cutting width at
least.
