8.5 Record

This menu allows you to configure the preview and recording parameters.

8.5.1 Encode

This menu allows you to configure the image quality of recorded video or network transmission.

Generally, the main stream is the quality of the recorded video that will be saved in the HDD; the

sub stream is the preview video quality through remote access (such as Web client and CMS). The

mobile stream which can be disabled defines the preview quality of the mobile device through

remote access.
