Release the gun trigger after the hand movement has been made. Do not start spraying when you keep
the gun in place because it causes initial overflow of the substance. Release the trigger after each stroke
in one direction. Each next stroke should cover in half with the previous one. In order to do so, make
sure to aim the tip in the direction of the border of the previous stroke.
Work on spaces within the reach of the operator. While painting quoins, aim the gun in parallel
to the corner. Start the spraying from the edge and quoins. Only after that move to flat surfaces.
Do not allow entire substance use. Absolutely follow the DECOMPRESSION PROCEDUR E before
the material is refilled. If the sprayed material ends, the pump will suck the air. Make sure to get rid
of the air before you continue spraying. Follow the above notice regarding
FILLING .
WARNING: if there are congestions in the spraying nozzle or in the hose, you can expect the spraying
substance to splash into the bucket while opening the skimmer valve. Make sure to open the valve very
slowly and carefully.
TO REMOVE CONGESTIONS FROM THE SPRAYING TIP (two-sided tip):
1. Lock the gun in a secure manner and follow the DECOMPRESSION PROCEDURE .
2. Rotate the tip handle by 180 degrees.
3. Disconnect the release lock and aim the gun inside of the bucket.
4. If the tip handle is locked, loosen the clamp nut. Now the handle will move smoothly.
5. Draw the gun safety pawl and set the tip back to spraying position.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT SPRAYING NOZZLE (see table)
The right spraying nozzle should be chosen according to the viscosity and paint type and the require-
ments of a given task. There are two parameters describing nozzle work: inlet size and flow width.
The main parameter is the size of nozzle inlet. In general use smaller nozzle inlets for less viscous sub-
stances, and bigger ones for more viscous substances (concentrates, e.g. latex paints).The inlet size
determines how many litres of paint the nozzle can spray per minute.
