Safety notes
Avoid danger due to damaged external transformer
connection cables. In the case of damage, the
external transformer connection cable must be
replaced by the manufacturer or his customer service
department or an equally qualified person.
• Installation is only possible in frost-free rooms.
• The plug power supply is only suitable for indoor use.
• The plug-in connectors must
not be directly or indirectly
sprayed with water when cleaning.
• The voltage supply must be separately switchable.
Application
Can be used in conjunction with:
• pressurised storage heaters
Use in conjunction with unpressurised storage heaters
(displacement water heaters) is
not possible.

With the pre set panel (Prod. no. 45 983), the following
programmes can be selected and changed:
Installation
Grease O-rings with the special grease supplied prior to
installation.
Electrical installation
Electrical installation work must only be
performed by a qualified electrician. This work
must be carried out in accordance with the
regulations according to IEC 364-7-701-1984
(corresponding to VDE 0100 Part 701) as well as all
national and local regulations.
Install operating panel , see fold-out page II, Fig. [1].
Note the seat of the recess for the cable, see detail.
Install function unit and thermistor , see Figs. [2] and [3].
Install spout , see Fig. [4].
Attach battery unit , see Fig. [5].
Install pop-up waste (65 807) , see fold-out page I.
Seal plug-hole rim.
Connect voltage supply , see Fig. [6].
Settings during a power failure / when changing batteries
No settings saved by the user will be lost when changing the
batteries or in the event of a power failure.
Flush piping system prior and after installation of fitting
thoroughly
(Consider EN 806) !
Connect fitting , see Figs. [6] and [7].
The cold water supply must be connected on the right, hot
water supply on the left.
If the connections are transposed, the water routes can be
swapped in setting mode under
Calibrate .
Open hot and cold water supply and check connections
for watertightness.
This product conforms to the requirements of the
relevant EU guidelines.
