Application
Can be used in conjunction with:
• Pressurised storage heaters
• Thermally controlled instantaneous heaters
• Hydraulically controlled instantaneous heaters
Operation with unpressurised storage heaters (displacement
water heaters) is
not
possible.
Technical data
• Flow pressure
- min.
0.5 bar
- recommended
1 - 5 bar
• Operating pressure
max. 10 bar
• Test pressure
16 bar
If static pressure is greater than 5 bar, fit pressure reducer.
Avoid major pressure differences between cold and hot water
supply.
• Flow rate at 3 bar flow pressure:
- Spray
approx. 11.5 l/min
- Aerator
approx. 14 l/min
- Dishwasher connection
approx. 15.5 l/min
• Temperature:
- Hot water inlet
(maximum): 80 °C
- Recommended (energy saving)
60 °C
• Water connection
cold - right
hot - left
• Max. clamping length
max. 60mm
Note:
All GROHE single-hole mixers with pull-out sprays are
equipped with non-return valves.
Installation
Flush pipes thoroughly!
Mount sink mixer,
see fold-out page II, Figs. [1] and [2].
Refer to the dimensional drawing on fold-out page I.
Feed the connection hoses separately through the sink,
beginning with the 3/4" connection hose for the dishwasher.
Feed the spray hose (A) through the mixer body from above,
see fold-out page II, Fig. [2].
Note:
If the support plate (B) is omitted, the clamping length can be
increased by 45mm.
Connect sink mixer,
see Figs. [2] and [3].
- Cold water connection (marked blue)
= right
- Hot water connection (marked red)
= left
- Dishwasher connection
= 3/4"
Connect the spray hose (A),
see Figs. [4] to [6].
1. Connect the handspray (C) without using any additional
seals to the spray hose (A), see Fig. [4].
2. Slide on spring (D) from below.
3. Install the snap coupling (E) with O-ring (F) on the end of the
spray hose (A) and tighten by hand.
4. Pull the sleeve (G) of the snap coupling (E) downwards and
fit to the union (H), see Fig. [5].
To ensure that the handspray (C) is correctly seated when
inserted, lug (J) on the outlet must engage in recess on the
handspray (K), see Fig. [6].
Open cold and hot water supply and check connections
for leakage!
