Tool stalls or is under-

1. Workpiece material unsuit-
able for tool.
2. Workpiece crooked; guide
mis-adjusted.

wrong bit.

1. Only cut wood; ensure
moisture is below 20%.

Straighten or replace

with thread locking fluid.
