4.3 MASTER -SLAVE
More KOLORCLIP units can be set to ‘SLAVE’option to follow the ‘MASTER’ unit in synchrony.
The ‘MASTER’ unit must have its relevant DIP switch key set to MASTER/AUTOMATIC; the
‘SLAVE’ units must have all DIP switches set to (OFF).
A line terminal resistor is required when the DMX line is longer than 100m.
The line terminal must be fitted between the 2 signal pins (2 and 3) at the end of the DMX line.
A 120 ohm resistor is suggested.
5.0 MAINTENANCE
This unit is certified to an IP55 protection against all kinds of weather conditions and therefore it
does not require a regular maintenance.
To obtain the maximum light output and a durable life for the unit please follow instructions
below:
- replace dichroic filters if they are visibly damaged;
- replace the lamp in case it is damaged or deformed;
- carefully check the electrical connections, particularly the earth connection;
- replace lenses, or any other component should they be visibly damaged;
