All components for the ACROBAT PE 1200 unit are available as spare parts and the relevant exploded view is available on
request.
10.0 REPLACING INTERNAL COMPONENTS
CAUTION: Before performing any maintenance operation on the projector, it is suggest to wait at least 15 minutes, to allow the
lamp and all mechanical parts to cool off, and to unplug the projector from the power supply line.
10.1 Replacing the TILT movement belts
Opening the bracket:
a) Untighten the 8 screws (4 for each shell) to disassemble the pla-
stic shells.
b) Remove the cover of the bracket which the belt is fitted in (the
other bracket is fitted with the PCB) and locate the belt to be repla-
ced.
Replacing the top belt:
Unscrew the flange as per picture 14 (A). Insert one side of the belt
into the bottom pulley and the other side into the top pulley (where
the flange has just been removed); screw the flange which was pre-
viously removed.
Replacing the bottom belt:
First of all it is necessary to disassemble the top belt as explained
above. Then unscrew the flange as per picture 14 (B) and insert the
new belt. Reposition the central flange (B), the top belt and the top
flange (A).
10.2 Replacing the PAN movement belt
Follow these instructions:
a) Opening the ballast:
Remove the 14 screws (A) that hold the top covers and pull the covers out as per picture 15.
b) Open the bracket (a paragraph 10.1).
c) Pull out the below-mentioned cables from the central pipe (B picture 15) which links the ballast to the fork:
- n° 3 binding clamps from the 2 motors board (n° 2 indicated by numbers 2 and n° 1 indicated by letter E):
