10.4 Replacing the 6 motors board (bracket side)
a) Disassemble the plastic shells of the bracket by untightening the 8 screws (4
for each shell);
b) Remove the cover of the bracket which the board is fitted in (the other brac-
ket is fitted with the tilt movement belts);
c) Remove all the binding clamps and the cables connected to the board (picture
18);
d) Unscrew the two screws which hold the metallic support of the cable;
e) Unscrew the 4 nuts which hold the board and replace it;
f) Connect all the binding clamps and the cables: respect exactly their original
configuration;
g) Close all the components which was previously disassembled to proceed with
this operation.
10.5 Replacing the feeder
a) Remove the 14 screws (A picture 15) which hold the top covers of
the ballast and pull them out as shown in picture 19;
b) Remove the screws indicated by letter A in picture 19 to remove the
plastic;
c) Remove the screws indicated by letters B and C in picture 19 to
remove the back plate;
d) Remove the screws indicated by letter D to pull out the feeder hol-
der towards the direction indicated by the arrow;
e) Replace the faulty feeder and reposition all the parts which was pre-
viously removed to proceed with this operation.
