Rapid Exchange Grip Test

• Set GripAble in isometric mode
• Follow the instructions for positioning
• Leave the screen facing the user
• Ensure GripAble is held in the midline position as per instructions

and picture
• Choose the starting hand
• Follow the narration as the instruction to your patient
• You can choose to enable or disable the sound
• Click on Begin when ready. The test will count down five seconds

and then start
• When the test is complete click “Results”
• Results include

• You can email the results for placement into clinical records

o Maximum strength for each side
o Mean strength for each side
o Standard deviation for each side
o Comparison right to left
