Setting the Cutting Depth (Figure 6)

Loosen the adjustment screw (2).

Adjust the cutting depth according to the scale (a) and tighten the adjustment
screw (2).

For wood and plastics, the cutting depth should be selected to be a little deeper
than the material thickness.
4.
A wood underlay can be used to achieve a better cutting quality. The wood
underlay will, however, be damaged.
Connection to the Power Supply
Make absolutely sure, before connecting, that the data on the nameplate agrees
with the mains power supply data. Always pull out the power plug before making
adjustments to the electric power tool.
