to set the speed limit from 0 to 100Km/h, 100 means no
limit. In this e-bikes the controller is limited to 20 mph with throttle because the
USA regulations.

P09-Non-zero speed start:
short press

to switch from 0 to 1.
0: zero speed start, (you can use the electric assist start from 0 mph.)
1: non-zero speed start.
Importer recommendation
: In order to extend the battery life time, it is
recommended to start the trip with a mechanical pedal and then switch to the
electric assist and not to start from 0
