4.6.1 Diagnosis of Compressor Failures

4.6.1.1 When the unit can be started

Step 1:

If the unit can be started, check the faulty compressor's line current. Use a pressure gauge to

measure the gas and liquid valve pressure and monitor the measured data on a PC. Compare the data
to the following table of recommended current. The current ma

y deviates by about 10% depending on

the inverter compressor's speed and working condition.

When the compressor frequency is 30 Hz, the current curve under different evaporation temperature

and condensation temperature is shown as follows:
