18) Setting the control surface deflections
The control surface deflections of this plane are the typical "shocky-type" and the range of
movement is generally set to be "as large as possible". The surfaces should have at least 45
degrees of movement.
Make sure the direction of the surface travel is correct, and that the servo movement is not
restricted by mechanical binding or by a mechanical end-stop (can be recognised by a "servo
humming" noise).
For this model, the use of a modern programmable transmitter, with switchable rates and
exponential, is highly recommended!
