"Variable pitch propeller" with 8 or 9 inch diameter

2) Leading edge of wing
• Sand slightly one side of the flat carbon strip -or clean with alcohol / degrease
• On one side of the carbon strip and on the leading edge of wing, apply a thin coat of UHU-Por ®,
and allow to dry completely
• Put some foil or greaseproof paper between the building board and the wing to prevent sticking!
• On one side of the wing, from the centre of the wing to ~15mm from the wing tip, press the flat
carbon strip onto the leading edge of the wing (you can use a piece of Depron, see Figure 2)
-Stick the carbon strip to leading edge, without delay !
• Repeat this on the other side of the wing - the adhesive is strong enough to cope with the "bend"
in the centre of the wing !
• Tip: after the adhesive has grabbed -carefully remove the wing at ~ 45 degree angle, to prevent
later sticking to the building board. Be careful that the printed surfaces do not become damaged!
