Static IP
is selected, manually enter the information for IP Address, Prefix Length, DNS
Server, and Alternative DNS server.
•
802.1X mode:
This option allows the user to enable/disable 802.1x mode on the GAC2570. The default
setting is disabled. To enable 802.1x mode, select the 802.1x mode and enter the required configuration
depending on the 802.1x mode chosen. The available modes are
EAP-MD5
,
EAP-TLS
and
EAP-PEAP.

Tap on “
Wi-Fi
” to turn on/off Wi-Fi connection. By default, it is turned off.

Tap on
“Wi-Fi Band”
to set the type of Wi-Fi Band (“2.4G”, “5G” or “2.4G&5G”). The default setting is
2.4G&5G.
•
Press the “
Refresh
” icon
to initiate scan for the Wi-Fi network within the range. This option is
available only when Wi-Fi is turned on.
•
Click on “More” to list the following options (This option is available only when Wi-Fi is turned on):

Add Network
: If the Wi-Fi network SSID does not show up in the list, or users would like
to set up advanced options for the Wi-Fi network, click on “More” then on click “Add
Network”. Then Enter SSID, Security type, password and set up address type
(DHCP/Static IP/PPPoE) in the prompt dialog. The GAC2570 will reboot with Wi-Fi network
