The unit will start the
descaling process.
The number of cups
displays will illuminate

Pour away the descal-
ing mixture.

Switch the unit back on
again.

Put the coffee pot
back onto the hotplate
again.

Fill in water for

for approx. 5 seconds.
The water flows through the unit and removes all residues of the descaling mix-
ture. After that, pour it away and thoroughly rinse the coffee filter and the coffee
pot. Now you can make coffee as usual.
REMOVING THE LID AND AROMA HOPPER
The lid and aroma hopper can be removed for easier cleaning. After you have re-
moved the lid, you can screw off the aroma hopper.
