PROBLEM
CAUSE
SOLUTION
Gas engine pulls hard (won't start)
Hydraulic pressure is too high
Turn hydraulic pressure knob counter clockwise
to lowest setting.
Gas engine does not start
Switch OFF, low oil, no gasoline
Consult engine manual, supplied.
Gas engine doesn't work properly
Faulty engine
Consult engine manual, supplied.
Elevation
Consult engine manual, supplied.
Electric motor does not start or
starts slowly
No power
Check power source; check circuit breakers
and/or fuses. Reset/replace as required.
Cord not connected to power source
Connect plug to receptacle (grounded with
properly sized circuit breaker and/or fuses).
Switch OFF
1 phase motors:
Turn on/off switch to ON.
3 phase motors:
Push ON switch.
Incorrect power source
Have a certified electrician or authorized Graco
Repair Center evaluate and repair.
