DISASSEMBLY
WARNING
FLUID INJECTION HAZARD
To reduce the risk of serious injury,
follow the Pressure Relief Procedure
warning whenever you are instructed to
relieve pressure.
1.
Relieve pressure.
2.
See Fig. 1. Disconnect hoses (63) from pressure
control. Inspect hoses for damage and replace if
needed.

See Fig. 2. Working under cart, disconnect
wires (A).
4.
Remove three screws (44) and nuts (45) that
fasten bracket (76) to cart. Save screws and nuts
for later use.
5.
Remove old control from sprayer.

assembly (18)

Disconnect bypass tube (51) from pressure drain
valve (60).
8.
Remove filter assembly (18) from cart frame by
removing two screws (54). Save screws for later
use.
9.
Remove pressure drain valve (60) from filter
assembly (18).
