2.
Assemble bracket and pressure control to cart
using three screws (44) and nuts (45) saved from
disassembly step 4 on page 3.
CAUTION
Do not allow the fittings (B) on the pressure control
to turn when connecting the hose fittings. If the
pressure control fittings are turned, the control may
be damaged.
3.
Loosely assemble filter assembly (18) inlet to
pressure control (209) front fitting. Loosely as-
semble filter bracket (208) to filter assembly (18)
using two screws (54) from disassembly step 8,
page 3.
4.
Loosely assemble filter bracket (208) to pressure
control bracket (207) using screw (205) and lock-
nut (204) provided in kit.
5.
Use wrench on filter inlet to hold filter body vertical
while tightening swivel on fitting (b) to filter inlet.
6.
Slowly tighten screws (54), screw (205), and
locknut (204) making sure not to distort filter
connection to pressure control.
7.
Using pipe sealant (203) provided in kit, install
pressure drain valve (60) in bottom of filter
assembly.
8.
Reattach drain hose (51) and gun hose.
9.
Attach hose (63) from pump to rear fitting of pres-
sure control by using pipe nipple (206) provided in
kit. Tighten fittings.
