Place the unit on a flat and even
surface.

Insert and hold the shredding
head into the grinder. Insert the
locking knob into the side of the
appliance and turn clockwise to
tighten the knob (fig. 14). DO NOT
OVER TIGHTEN.

Insert the desired shredding cone
(fig. 15).

Fasten the shredding fixing ring
and turn clockwise to tighten the
ring (fig. 16).

Press “ON” to turn on the
appliance

Feed vegetables into the
shredding head and push it down
using the shredding food pusher
(fig. 17).
CAUTION: DO NOT USE YOUR
HANDS TO PUSH FOOD INTO
THE SHREDDING HEAD.

If you would like to reduce the
speed of the unit, press “HALF” to
set the unit to a half speed.

Once all ingredients have been
shredded, press “STOP&RESET”
to turn off the grinder. Unplug the
unit.
