MINCING MEAT
REVERSE FUNCTION

Cut all ingredients into cubes
or small strips. (Meat should be
boneless, fatless, and without
tendons) so they fit easily into the
hopper opening.

Press “ON” to turn on the grinder
and start loading food onto the
hopper plate.

Using the food pusher, feed food
into the grinding head (fig. 8).
CAUTION: DO NOT USE YOUR
HANDS TO PUSH FOOD INTO
THE GRINDING HEAD.

If you would like to reduce the
speed of the meat coming out for
the grinder, press “HALF” to set
the grinder to a half speed.

After you have completed the
process, press “STOP&RESET” to
stop the grinder.

Unplug the appliance when not
in use.

If there seems to be a jam in
the grinder, hold and press
“REVERSE” for 3-6 seconds.

The snake will be rotate in the
opposite direction, and the head
will get empty.

If the jam does not clear, release
the “REVERSE” button and
unplug the unit.

Take apart and clean the fixing
ring, blades, and snake. Clean
food out from the grinding head.
