5. Place one of the perforated discs (

6. Screw the locking nut (

Do not overtighten!
7. Place the storage bowl (

) onto the feed chute of the min-
cing attachment.
8. Place a bowl beneath the mincing attachment to capture
the chopped-up food.
9. To switch on the device, move the

button to the

(On) position.
10. Place the food in the feed chute and push it through bit by
bit using the plunger (

11. To switch the device off again, move the
I / 0 / R
button to the

(Off) position.
12. Remove the mains plug from the plug socket after use.
13. Clean the device and the used accessories after each use (see „Cleaning and Storage“).
Use for Making Sausages
1. Place the motor unit (

) on an even, stable sur-
face.
2. Insert the mincing attachment (

), the screw
conveyor (

), the cutter head (

) and one per-
forated disc into the device in the manner de-
scribed in “Use for Chopping Up Meat and Fish”.
3. Place the sausage spout (

) onto the perforated disc and

x it in place with the
locking nut (

). Do not overtighten!
4. Place the storage bowl (

) onto the feed chute of the mincing attachment.
5. Select a sausage casing (e.g. arti
fi
cial or natural gut) and stretch it over the sausage
spout.
6. To switch on the device, move the

(On) position.
7. Place the food in the feed chute and push it through bit by bit using the plunger (

8. Allow the

lled sausage casing to run off the sausage spout. Make sure that the
sausage casing is not over

lled.
9. To switch the device off again, move the

button to the

(Off) position.
10. Finally twist the sausage casing to shape little individual sausages.
11. Remove the mains plug from the plug socket after use.
12. Clean the device and the used accessories after each use (see „Cleaning and Sto-
rage“).
